Watercolors and Giclees by Helen Klebesadel

Madison, Wisconsin

Announcement    WELCOME to the Etsy art store of artist Helen Ruth Klebesadel.

This store functions as an online inventory of the WATERCOLORS on paper and canvas that I currently have available for sale, as well as giclee prints of some of my most popular paintings.

As an artist my visual concerns run the gamut from careful study to poetic, symbolic and sometimes political representations of nature and human nature. I am particularly interested in how women's lives and creativity are valued and the parallels I find in how our world's environment is valued and interacted with.

I work primarily in watercolor with forays into other media as the muse calls. My studio is located in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. I was raised in rural Wisconsin and have build a career as a artist and an educator over the past many years. You can learn more about my art and teaching activities here: http://Klebesadel.com
You can see a portfolio of available and previously sold and collected works in my Artworks Archive Inventory: https://www.artworkarchive.com/profile/helen-r-klebesadel

I offer watercolor and creativity workshops around the country. You can see my art and creativity workshop offerings here: http://Creativity Lessons.com

I have an art' page on Facebook that lists upcoming workshops and exhibitions and other art related announcements. If you would like to follow my work please 'fan' me here: http://www.facebook.com/HelenKlebesadelArt

My artist blog reflects on the creative journey I share with so many who are figuring out what it means to be an artist in this time and society.. Please check it out here: http://klebesadel.com/

I have been experimenting with turning some of my watercolor paintings and watercolor texture experiments into fabric patterns. I fell in love with the process. You can see examples of these fabrics on the 'print-fabric-on-demand' site at: http://www.spoonflower.com/profiles/helenklebesadel

Finally, I offer face-to-face and online classes, workshops, consultations, and creativity coaching. These can be accessed at http://creativitylessons.com

I have been making art and teaching/mentoring other artists for over three decades. I am an experienced college level instructor who loves working with absolute beginners through advanced artists. I am also a certified creativity coach. Feel free to contact me about customized offerings.

About HelenKlebesadelArt

Born an artist

“My visual concerns run the gamut from careful study to poetic, symbolic and sometimes political representations of nature and human nature.”

I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. After working independently for many years I returned to school and earned an undergraduate degree and MFA in art and went on to become a university professor. I still love teaching and find that it feeds my creative work as an artist. Teaching allowed me to develop my art with concern focused on the ideas in the art.

You can earn more about my various art series and projects, and follow my blog on my art website" http://klebesadel.com

I have sold my work in galleries and from my art studio for years. I have also maintained a store on Etsy since I first decided I wanted to make my work available for sale online to give it a wider audience. I maintain my store as an inventory of available artworks and direct likely collectors here to see what I have available.

Thank you for exploring my art and shop!
