Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Client satisfaction is very important. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify me within 3 days after you receive the item, and I’ll try to resolve the problem.

If the problem cannot be resolved, I accept returns under limited circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying me first.

My preferred method of payment is Paypal. By this method I can ship your item(s) out more quickly, usually within 1 to 3 days after payment receipt. Please submit payment within 48 hours of purchase. We also accept ETSY Gift Cards and Direct Pay! Please contact me for additional methods of payment or if you have any concerns.
Shipping
If the piece you order is in stock I will same (business) day ship via the USPS or FedEx. Items made to order will be shipped immediately upon completion and you will receive notification at the time of shipment. I send out parcels every business day and am proud to offer my clients reliable packaging and expedient shipping.
