Announcement   I'm taking a break in more ways than one...broke an ankle in 2 places, bad breaks...and can't use the stairs or walk yet ( surgery was required) Family members will be lending a hand but everyone works these days...so shipping will be on the weekends for awhile. I apologize for the delay and hope to be up using crutches or the knee scooter in a week or two.

ABOUT IMAGE USE: Reluctantly, I've made the business decision of not responding to emails requesting free image use. This includes charities and authors wanting to use my art for their publications ( digital or paper) and promising that instead of paying me, they'll extend the grand compliment of actually crediting me for the art.*

All too frequent experience has taught artists that few recipients of free image use respect our time, labor, and talent. Is there any profession outside the arts where being credited for the work one has done in lieu of financial remuneration constitutes payment? Just try that logic with your web master, or the next time your car breaks down.

What to write that isn't already said by my images? By choice I'm an self representing artist with few connections in the art world. Marketing, merchandizing, kissing a** & licking face (gallery nonsense) squelches my creative instinct and activates my oppositional/defiance/anti - authority disorder. Just kidding...well, kind of.

That said: Here's my work. If there's anything you'd like to know about it, shoot me an email.

NOTE: You're dealing with an old school free spirit, earth centered anti establishment radical here. Sometimes it takes awhile, but I will respond. If expecting instantaneous reply, know in advance that by conscientious decision I'm not attached to the cyber umbilical cord, take weekends off, and don't work nights. In other words, don't get those knickers in a bundle, I'll reply within a few days.

EXCEPTIONS:
If you have trouble with an order, quality of your delivered order, or concerns about shipping and tracking - I'll get back to you asap.

For non emergency queries, I respond during the regular 5 day work - week.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Unless we've other arrangements, there's a no - returns or refunds policy. This sounds harsh but lately some individuals try to return items purchased months, even years ago, in return for cashle after so much time.

Sadly, the returned items I usually recieve are usually worn or damaged after being handled and poorly prepared for shipping as to be unsellable.
Payment
1. I accept payment via Paypal or credit card

2. No shipments to mainland China, Singapore, Korea or Hong Kong. Sorry - my giclee are excellent quality and I've had bad experiences with my art showing up, unauthorized, on products originating in those countries.

3. Please don't ask for long term installment plans which get messy when a buyer changes her/his mind after a year or two of monthly payments.

4. I'm happy to answer all questions and send additional photos or measurements, email concerns and queries before buying.

5. Sorry, no free art or donated image use. I'm a working artist and selling my art and fine reproductions is how I make my living.
Shipping
1. USA Postal ground with delivery confirmation, unless the item description states otherwise. If you want a different delivery service, insurance, or other options email me.

2. Want insurance? The additional expense will be added to your shipping fee - just let me know.

3. All orders are wrapped/padded securely and in a plastic bag to prevent moisture damage should the package get wet. I'm not responsible for damage, loss, or theft once the item is shipped but do my best to wrap everything securely, will forward postal receipt information so you can file a claim.

4. Please check your country's VAT and customs regs or additional charges, and don't expect me to know them - I try but this is a big world with many countries, each with its own set of rules & regs

No shipping to Asia. Sorry, flagrant abuse of intellectual and creative copyright has many creatives deciding it just isn't worth the gamble. Also, shipments go missing or get mangled in the postal services then I'm expected to rectify it.
