Returns and exchanges
I do not except returns. If you have any problems message me and I will do what I can to help you. Any refunds for any reason will be charged a 1.00 processing fee.
Payment
I currently only except payments via paypal. I'd like any payments to be made within 48 hours of your order. If you are unable to pay me in that time, or have any issues or questions about payments don't hesitate to message me.

Custom orders:
Payment on any custom order must be received within one week of the completed item being listed. If you order a custom item during a sale I will honor that sale price ONLY if stated on the actual sale details. If you have any questions about that please message me. Sale codes only apply to custom orders that COME IN AT THE TIME THE SALE CODE IS ACTIVE. If item is finished after that sale has ended, I will honor that discount/special sale.
Shipping
I Ship within Seven Business days of payment. If you need something by a certain date please let me know so I can do my best to get it to you in time. If you have any other questions about shipping, please send me a message. Thanks!
Additional policies and FAQs
Questions about price and time frames on custom pieces should me sent to me via etsy messages.

There are usually no extra charges on custom pieces... unless it is SO custom that I will not be able to sell it if you do not follow through with payment.

In MOST cases I do not ask that you pay before the item is finished.

In extreme situations, or in situations where I need to buy special things to complete your order, I may need you to pay up front. This does not happen often, but I reserve the right to ask for payment up front.

Holding Items:
I will hold back an item or items for you. If that happens you have one week from deactivation date to pay for your items.I will re-list them when you are ready to pick them up.
