We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.

Please note, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to the postal service and I do not offer refunds for items that do not arrive on time, are lost, stolen or delayed by the post office.
I am also not responsible for a package that is lost or not received in time because the address you entered was incorrect. Please check that your shipping address is correct before making your purchase.

If you are purchasing outside the United States, there may be additional custom fees that I will not be responsible for. It is the responsibility of you the purchaser to cover any additional fees.

For clothing: Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low.
For cups: Ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

T-shirts and sweaters are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted in the listing. Unisex means that the item fits slightly oversized and meant to be worn relaxed & loose. For a more fitted look, order one size down from your normal size.
Please refer to the size chart within the listing to find your size.

*Please note, express production only works with shirts, black, white, or gray sweaters, coffee mugs, and blankets.
If you need your order within the next 10 days, you will need to purchase the express production listing. One listing can be used for multiple items totaling up to $100 before shipping fees.

Express Production ensures that your order will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Express Production does not include Expedited Shipping. Shipping time is separate and can take 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method you choose when checking out.

Please note that most listing images are mockups and colors are not as vibrant as the actual printed merchandise especially on black sweaters due to the DTG printing method.

For design placement on the products - sizing and placing of image is approximate and not exactly as the mockup. I try to make it as close as possible but if an image is way smaller or larger than pictured, please notify me.

For shirt colors- if my manufacturer is sold out of a certain color, a color closest to that color will be used. For example, if heather prism peach is sold out, it will be replaced with heather peach. You will be contacted if there is nothing similar to replace it to choose a different color.
