If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me. I'd like to help make it right.

All items (unless specified as a pre-order) are pre-made, payment must be received before any items ship. Purchase of any pre-order products cannot be cancelled/refunded after your custom item has been ordered. Purchase of any custom jewellery cannot be cancelled/refunded after the item has begun production.

ALL STANDARD SHIPPING IS WITHOUT TRACKING. Sending tracked packages from Canada is extremely expensive, and starts around $15 even for small items. If you would like tracking, you can upgrade at checkout. If you do not purchase tracking, your item will be sent regular small packet airmail service.

Standard shipping time after your item is marked shipped are: 4-6 business days within Canada, 4-10 business days to the USA, 6-10 business days to Europe, 6-12 business days to the rest of the world. Please note these shipping times are estimated, as there can be postal delays along the way that are out of our control. If your package still has not arrived after 3 weeks, please feel free to contact me and I'll happily look into what's going on.

Any customs/import fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
