Can you believe this year we will be celebrating our 12th year on Etsy? Twelve years! Hello Buttercup was started by us, Bethany and Tabitha. We are moms who believe life should be full of celebrations, big and small. What started as a small side hobby has grown into a thriving small business. We have poured years of hard work, struggle, love and joy into this business to make it what it is today.
Today Hello, Buttercup! is still completely made with our 2 hands! We work hard on consistently adding new items and perfecting our own signature style. We love to add a special touch to all our pieces, whether it's our signature Buttercup bow on our hair ties and headbands or the little heart on the bum of all our onesies and Birthday outfits we put a piece of ourselves in every design.
It's people like you who support small businesses that make dreams a reality for us and so many others like us. We know that you could order from many other great Etsy shops, so when you choose us we are truly grateful. Your purchase helps support our family and lets us work from home with our kiddo. Shop policies
We use only the highest quality materials and supplies to create pieces that last. Although we love classic and vintage styles we try to stay up on all the trends so we can make things you will love with our Buttercup twist.
We spend the weekends with family so if you contact us on the weekend we will get back to you as soon as we return on Monday morning.

Shipping
If the address on your invoice is not the correct mailing address, please notify us immediately. We will have to refund your order and you will have to repurchase it with the correct address for shipping. We will not update or edit addresses after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
We are currently running approx 5 to 6 business days for Tutu's, all other items are at a 3 to 5 business day turnaround right now. If you are worried about receiving in time for your big day, please message us and we can let you know if we can accommodate any earlier. We do have a RUSH Tutu listing you can purchase in addition to your Tutu listing if you need it shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
If you are in a rush and can't wait for our standard turnaround time there is a Rush upgrade available for headbands and single Onesie's to add to your purchase and your item will ship to you within 2 to 3 business days. The rush fee applies to processing time, not the post office shipping time. Please contact us if you have any questions about rush processing.
International customers are always welcome! Please remember that there may be a customs or duty fee when your package gets to you and we are not responsible for paying that. Please keep in mind that international deliveries do take longer by the postal service and we are unable to give specific time frames for Deliveries by the postal service to international countries.
