I have ordered the same glass ornament with the snowflake design multiple times as wedding presents for friends and family. I actually just placed another order for two upcoming weddings. I have asked for design proofs before the ornaments are made, and the seller is always prompt and accommodating to this request. And in my experience, the items have shipped quickly within a couple of days of placing my order. I highly recommend this product!
