As Hello Minaste, the healing and peace of nature; We were founded in 2019 to offer people who miss nature as a unique experience. We produce and process bunches of incense, wood incense and natural stones, which are frequently used in Anatolian, South American and Eastern cultures, by hand. We do not use chemicals such as perfume, paraben, gunpowder, coal dust in any of our products. Our products are not produced in factories or machines. It consists entirely of hand workmanship. We stay away from industrialization and mass production. Because what makes us special is that each of our products is produced by hand.
We offer niche products for corporate companies and various organizations as well as retail sales with a high seller score. We prepare all orders "as if they are ready for our loved ones". Thus, we are constantly reaching more people. We know that the best advertisement is for our customer to recommend us to someone else.
Our customers use these unique products in meditation and breathing exercises, yoga sessions, times that require concentration and creativity, when they start a fresh start or when they want to change the energy of the environment.
We are very happy to be able to protect nature, support drug-free agriculture and show you a little bit of the spirit of the universe!

How long does it take to receive my order?
We will do our best to send your order as soon as possible. Please, keep in mind that almost every item that you order from Hello Minaste is handmade, which means that we will prepare them just for you.
Guidelines regarding times of delivery:
Turkey approx. 2-3 working days
Europe approx. 2-5 working days
USA approx. 3-5 working days
It’s just not what I wanted, what about returns and refunds?
We do not accept returns or exchanges after the item(s) have been packed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me immediately.
***In cases of severe damage during the shipping process – We will accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item: you will be required to provide us with photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 3 days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. Please note that damage claims after the 3 day maximum will not be accepted.
