Due to the custom nature of handmade goods, we will not be able to issue refunds. All our products are made-to-order based on your specifications. Even though your order has not yet shipped, it doesn't mean that we have not worked on your order. We may have already committed our time and invested into the raw materials used during the creation of your orders. The materials used and the designers'/crafters' time spent cannot be reverted, and therefore, orders that have already entered the processing stage cannot be refunded. Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with the products that you received and if it was not created according to our item's listing description, please message us so we can do our best to rectify the situation.
Our products are made-to-order, and the current processing time-frame is stated on each product's listing under the "Shipping and Policy" tab.

DELIVERY TIME-FRAME: Unless otherwise noted on the listing, our default shipping method is via First Class Mail with USPS. For shipping within the United States, this may take from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery zip code and excluding USPS observed holidays.

USPS offers guaranteed delivery dates for their EXPRESS mail. This does NOT apply to First Class or Priority Mail. USPS only offers ESTIMATED delivery dates for Priority Mail and First Class Mail, but these delivery dates are not guaranteed by USPS.


We cannot offer money-back guarantee in behalf of USPS for any delays or losses. All items shipped within the United States are given a tracking number. Not only is this convenient to track your packages, but this also acts as proof that your item was shipped. In the event your package gets delayed or lost, I am happy to call them and file a report- however once it leaves us we are no longer responsible.

Whatever address you enter as the shipping address during checkout, that is the same address that will we will use to ship to you. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify and confirm the shipping address. If paying by PayPal, please note that we do NOT refer to PayPal for shipping information. If you notice that your shipping information is incorrect on your order confirmation / invoice, please message us IMMEDIATELY with the correct address so we can manually edit shipping label. Otherwise, whatever you typed into the shipping information upon checkout will be exactly what the shipping label will show.
