Return Policy
We strive to give you detailed descriptions and multiple photos so that you know what to expect with our products. In the case of orders arriving damaged, do not hesitate to contact me for a replacement.
If you are unhappy with your product, please send us a note explaining why and we will try to get something worked out for you. We are a small business and cannot except all returns.
Shipping
We do our best to process our orders as quickly as possibly. Processing time is within 3 days from order date except during high-volume occasions (we will notify you on the product page if processing is taking longer than expected).
Once the order is processed, we have no control over any mishaps that occur with USPS. We usually don't have any issues with them but with COVID-19 shipping times have been delayed. For holiday purchases, we will process as quickly as possible in order to get your item to you or the recipient before that holiday.
