No, this is a digital store, only digital files will be sent to your Etsy registered email address- When you complete payment you will receive an email with a link to download the files-

NO, they are DIGITAL files to be cut in your cutting machine, such as Silhouette or Cricut. If you don't have one, you can send the files to a laser cut store (there are lots on the web) and cut them in stencil material.
