All the items in my shop are unique and created by me, sometimes with my mother who helps with sewing. If you find my descriptions not clear and you have some questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I'd love to answer all your questions.
I love to make custom orders, just send me a convo.
Once you purchase from us you agrees to the terms and conditions. Please note that there might be slight differences from the photos due to the hand-finished process. Please also note that there might be some small imperfections as they are part of the beauty of working with natural materials.
We can only accept PayPal payments at this moment.
1 . Dispatch time - ready-to-ship time is stated in each listing in the shipping and policies section.
2. Shipping info
I ship worldwide from Bulgaria, Europe and the time for delivery outside Europe is usually about 10 - 15 business days and in Europe usually 7-10 business days.
Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for the time the parcel will be held in customs. Guaranteed delivery dates for overseas orders are not available as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
***Packages sent to AUSTRALIA may take a month to arrive sometimes.
***We will not refund money if you did not read the shipping information and did not receive the item by the time you needed it. It is responsibility of the buyer to get informed of all the shipping periods.
Items are being sent with Bulgaria Post and you will get it delivered by your local Postal service.
***Please note that delivery takes longer before Christmas and I am not responsible if the purchase do not arrive at time!
3. Items are shipped to your Etsy Address. Please make sure it is correct. If not, please let me know as soon as possible.
4. I send everything with recorded priority mail, which includes a tracking number. If you would like to receive mail without a tracking number, let us know and you can save $1.80 on shipping
6. Please note that we will not refund if the package gets lost by the post office in your country. If they delay the delivery and you miss the occasion you need it for, it is not our fault and we will not accept a return. This is an issue that you will need to solve with your local postal service provider.
Refunds and Exchanges
***Returns can be made within 7 days of the day the item was received, with items placed back into any interior packaging in which they were initially wrapped in.
Please contact me before returning!
***Except for when the reason of the return is our fault, I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping costs and a 10% fee that I will keep for packaging, taxes, transport to the post office, etc. The return postage costs will be on the customer's expence.
Please note that I will issue the refund after I receive the item back to me and make sure that it was unused.
*** I will not accept a return if the bag you purchased is smaller or bigger than what you thought because the sizes are stated in the listing description.
If you have specific needs for your bag and you do not discuss it with me before purchase, I am not responsible for the bag not meeting your needs.
***Personalized items cannot be returned.
*** Returned unclaimed Packages - If a package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, or because the address was not correct, I will resend the package after you pay for shipping costs.
If you decide to cancel the transaction, I will refund only the amount of the items, minus the 10% fee mentioned above and I will not refund the postage costs - even if you did not receive any notices and you did not realize it is in the post office. It is responsibility of the buyer to keep track of the item purchased or ask me for info if needed.
*** Refund for damaged, used items. If you have used a bag and it rips somewhere, please understand that we cannot issue a full refund, or send you a brand new bag. In these cases, we will accept the bag back to repair it (shipping costs on your expence) Or will refund 20% of the initial amount paid.
***CUSTOM ORDERS made especially for you and personazlized items (with names inside) are not refundable or exchangeable.
***SALE ITEMS are not refundable or exchangeable
Additional Policies and FAQs
Business days means Monday - Friday and does not include Holidays.
Even if in your country Saturday is a business day, it is considered not a business day in the most part of the world.
