My theme doesn't work, Can I get a refund?
If all of the instruction are followed correctly, your theme will work and we are more than happy to assist you with your questions when it comes to theme installation. Unfortunately once the theme has been downloaded we cannot provide a refund due to the digital nature of the product.

Can you customize my theme for me?
We offer color changes and font changes for an additional $15!

Why can't I use your theme on wordpress.com?
Wordpress.com does not give you the option to upload a custom theme, any custom theme whatsoever.
