Accepted payment methods
Reserved items on request will be put on hold for 3 days. If payment is not receive after the 3rd day the item in question will no longer be on hold
HeniBlak ships most packages in Europe via GLS. Purchases made Monday through Friday before 1pm will be pulled from inventory that same day, except holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and payment verification.
Order made after 1pm will be processed the following day and shipped out within 48 hours from the time of order. Custom-made garments will take about 7-10 to be produce and will be shipped within 14 days time period.
All merchandise will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer. We use its discretion in selecting a reputable courier and appropriate means of delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed between HeniBlak and the customer, goods will be dispatched for delivery usually within 7 days from the date your order was placed and payment has been received in full. In the unlikely event delivery will be later than 14 days we will attempt to notify you within 8 days of placing order.
Any dates quoted by HeniBlak for the delivery of Products are estimates only and shall not form part of the contract. We aim to deliver promptly, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. HeniBlak shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery time.
All products are sent by a courier of our choice GLS for Europe shipping, a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that the person to whom the order addressed has received the delivery.
If an order shipment is undeliverable at the delivery address at the time of delivery in most cases where a signature is required, the courier will leave an attempted delivery notification form to the customer. It will be the customer responsibility to arrange for re-delivery of goods or collection of the goods from the depot.
Overnight Shipping can only be guaranteed on orders placed before 12 noon NB: ROI only. All packages after that time will go out the following day. Refunds and Exchanges

• Merchandise shall be returned to Heniblak unless merchandise in question is faulty
• We will accept returns of full-priced merchandise only. All Sale merchandise is Final Sale and may not be returned.
• Returns must be received by heniblak in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags, belts, designer packaging, and other items, which may have accompanied your purchase still attached.
• Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at heniblak sole option.
• Swimwear must have the sanitary lining still intact and be in its original packaging Footwear must be returned with no visible wear on the soles;
• Shoeboxes and hatboxes are considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged in order to receive a full refund;
• Returns must be booked for delivery to heniblak within 7 days from the date on which such items were delivered to you by heniblak Customer returns the merchandise at his/her own expense, which will include any custom duties or taxes. After the Customer has completed and filed a Request Return Form (showing the order number) of the merchandise and its description.
• Heniblak has notified the Customer by email that the Customer may return the merchandise.
• All goods must be return in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking and repackaging.
• We will not make refund to a third party. Note the value of refund will exclude shipping cost. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.
• Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
• Please note all sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
• Please include in your box your payment information that you would like the refund credited to as well as your name and any other contact details in case any questions should arise.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please use registered post and retain proof of posting.
