Hello, welcome to my etsy shop.
My goal is to make your party planning easy and most importantly AFFORDABLE. If youre interested in an item and you do not see it in my shop feel free to ask me if I make it. I make so many items and just have not had a chance to list them all. I'm Always up for a challenge.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I generally do not accept return. Every item is custom made for you. Please message me if a problem should arise.
If for some reason a refund is requested, i ask that ALL the items be shipped back to me, UNOPENED, UNUSED.. Once the items are back in my care I will refund your money.
Refunds and exchanges are currently not available. If an error occurs on my part I will work with you to ensure you are happy. If we decide to except a return there is a 40% restocking fee.
If you decide to return you will pay all shipping fees. I will only exchange if the damage was my fault. My items are made of fragile materials. Please supervise your children when wearing they could be damaged easily.
** I am not responsible for damaged items caused by the postal service. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time or to change any of our policies at any time.

Payment method accepted is Paypal only. However if that is not an option for you please message me and we can work something out.
IMPORTANT: If you need an order 15 days or less from date of purchase there will be a rush order fee of $10. This will upgrade your shipping, insure your package and ship within 1-3 days depending on size of your order. You can add this onto your order by adding the RUSH FEE listing to your order. This can be found in the "Add On Item" section of this shop.

Shipping
All orders are shipped first class mail, which can take 2-10 days.
If you would like your item to be shipped using Priority mail(2-3 days) please let me know prior to purchasing and I will adjust the shipping price accordingly.
I also offer Express shipping through usps, which starts at $20.
All shipping charges include shipping confirmation and shipping.
Your order will be shipped assembled in a box. Please Do not cut into your package for this may destroy something within.
i ship the orders as i get them done. Mainly by party date and the order they come in. I ship no later than the Monday before the need by date/Party date you have provided.
Once an order has shipped we are not responsible for lost/damaged items.
I add tracking to all my packages and can generally trace them when they go astray. Still, once I give packages to the USPS, I am no longer in control. Occasionally, delivery takes a bit longer than expected. I will not be responsible for packages once they leave my shop. If you would like to add insurance please let me know before you pay so I can add insurance to your order. Please keep in mind that once your package leaves me it is in the hands of the post office. Always allow plenty of time to receive your items in time for your event.
When either US or international orders go astray, it is often due to a problem with the shipping address. To limit errors on my end, I copy and paste the shipping address directly from PayPal. Please please please ... make sure the address that's selected at checkout is the one you'd like your package sent to.
* If you have moved, please double check that you have updated the address.
* If you want the package sent to a business address or address with multiple units, please make sure to include the business name and suite number.
* You may wish to inform family members that you are expecting a package so they don’t discard it without your knowledge.
Packages returned to me due to an incomplete address will be re-sent after you pay additional shipping charges or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges).

In addition, color names are not an exact science (there is no one standard for aqua, for example) so products with the same color name may not match exactly. If this is important to you, please convo me before ordering so I can provide help as you make your selections.
