All payments should be made through Etsy.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, please contact me directly.
If payment is not made within 3 days, your transaction will be voided.
All orders are shipped to the address shown in Etsy. Please contact me promptly if would like your items shipped to an address other than what is posted on Etsy.
All orders will be shipped regular first class mail within 3-4 days or sooner. I usually ship out on Tuesday and Friday but most times I go about 3 times per week. If you would like insurance it would be $1.65 more and for priority mail it will be $4.80. I always request confirmation which is .80 for all domestic mail, this is included within price.
If you do not purchase insurance, I cannot be made responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS, however, if your item is lost or damaged please email right away and I will correct the situation or replace the item if need be.
I ship everytime I go to the post office which is 2 - 3 times per week. If you would like your package sent International priority, the price will be $11.95, or if you would like your package insured please send me a convo.
SHIPPING TO ITALY, SPAIN:
Please be aware that it may take from 4-5 weeks or longer for you to receive your order. All packages I mail out are sent in a timely manner but customs in these countries tend to hold on to packages longer than normal. Please be patient.
SHIPPING TO GERMANY, NORWAY, BELGIUM:
Please be aware that it may take from 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like an exchange, please convo or email me within 15 days of receipt of your purchase for a complete refund or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once an item is returned or exchanged, payment will be refunded via paypal for exception of the shipping cost.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact me prior to leaving any neutral or negative feedback. I will gladly correct any mistake on your order and I also accept refunds and/or exchanges.

DISCLOSURE ABOUT SOME OF MY JEWELRY OR ACCESSORIES:
Please be aware that some of the items I use in my jewelry are vintage which means they will have small imperfection, discoloration, scratches, stains and aging. If you are not satisfied with the product please let me know before leaving a neutral or negative feedback and I will gladly work with you to correct the situation.
I try to re-use reclosable bags, envelopes, bubble mailers, tissue paper, etc. if they are in good condition.
