Very disappointing. Item never arrived. Tracking showed the label was created and that was it. For weeks. I contacted the seller the last day it should have been delivered. Said she would look into it - didn't get back to me - 2 days later I hadn't heard back so I had to ask for a refund since it obviously wasn't coming. Seller blamed Usps for losing item, but they never actually had possession of the package so not sure how it was their fault. I didn't receive the item I wanted, paid for, and expected for 2 weeks. All around a very disappointing experience.
