Herbal Flow is my baby that was created during the quarantine of 2020. While being laid off from my job, I finally found the time to dive into the world of herbalism. I've been reading books, getting out in nature, and taking classes to enhance my practice. It has been beautiful & exciting, and quite humbling.

After making some herbal products for my friends & I, the overwhelming positive response was amazing. I realized I could take this somewhere. I think one of my purposes in life is to be of service to others, and Herbal Flow lets me do that.

Herbal Flow was created with the intention of healing people's minds, bodies & spirits with plants. I want people to be inspired to heal themselves with herbs & nature so they can be the healthiest version of themselves.
This humble shop is just at its beginning, but I cannot wait to see where this journey goes! Follow along with me :-)

We try to use organic, NON-GMO ingredients in all of our products! Herbs are sourced from local shops, organic farmers, or they are ethically and sustainably gathered from nature. Organic ingredients will be noted on the labels.

Do you take returns?

Unfortunately no, you cannot return an item for a refund. This comes down to sanitary issues since these are considered health products. You can exchange for another item if you are not satisfied. Contact us directly on etsy or at herbalflow333@gmail.com
