Every single item within my shop is a brand new, original design. I do not create "re-purposed" jewelry. I work with several vendors who have their metal foundries/suppliers create new metal pieces from vintage die stamps.

I do use vintage stones in many of my designs. These stones have never been set into another piece of jewelry. They are "new" vintage that I have purchased from collectors or from vendors who have acquired these items from long-ago-shuttered supply stores and jewelry shops.

I do not, as a rule, create jewelry for sale that was first made by another jewelry artist. Etsy has several jewelry shops that offer reproduction jewelry from popular films, television shows, celebrities, etc. however, this is just not a style of design that I have ever been comfortable with.

I take great pride in providing my clients with one-of-a-kind jewelry designs that are based on historically-accurate aesthetics.

If you Are in need of a specific design from a painting, sculpture, etc for a theatrical production or cosplay event, I will do my very best to accommodate your request or direct you to another Etsy vendor who I feel may be a better fit for your request.

Because I work with a lot of organic materials like Freshwater Pearls, gemstones, and wood, it is imperative that my clients have a thorough explanation of how to properly care for their jewelry so that it lasts a lifetime.

Each bauble that leaves my studio comes with Care For instructions within the gift box that your jewelry arrives in.

Sizing is SO important and I've learned from mistakes that I've made in past listings. In addition to sizing being within the very first details I offer within a listing for my jewelry, I always include a photograph of my jewelry "on a person" so that you are able to get a feel for length, width, and overall size of my designs.

The one exception to this is Earrings. I have a mannequin that all of my earrings are photographed on to get a good idea of relative size.

ALL of my sizing specifications are given in both inches and centimeters.

I am frequently asked about the weight of a particular pair of earrings within my shop.

A proper earring should Never pull on your piercing!

My Light and Medium weight earrings are supported by a Leverback hook, almost always. Leverback hooks are great for never worrying about a lost earring back and also because they can support a decent amount of weight from an earring without damaging a piercing.

Any earring I create that pulls my lobe even slightly (I wear then sterilize ALL of my earring creations before packaging for storage) is placed on a Post or Clip-on. I will ALWAYS do my very best to take excellent care of your ears. }}} :*)

Each item from my studio will arrive at your doorstep in its own pretty black paper box complete with ribbon and a gold wax stamp. This presentation is free of charge and I will also include a hand-written note for your recipient at no additional cost!
