I think we've figured out how to make sure the free shipping Pitney Bowes tracking is actually scanned and tracked. Right now, 98% are being accurately scanned- which is a huge improvement from the 50\50 odds of a few months ago.

Window clings (shapes and patterns - not rolls), vinyl stickers and decals - Items are shipped within 72 hours after you have placed the order. Average shipping time is 4-8 days for East Coast and 5-15 days for West Coast. A very low percentage of orders have taken 20 plus days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on any order. Shipping is first class envelope mail through USPS but tracked through Pitney Bowes. If your tracking number begins with a zero (0), you can track your order through Pitney Bowes at https://tracking.pb.com/. If your tracking number begins with a nine (9), it is tracked through USPS at www.usps.com.
Address labels and guest labels: Free shipping is tracked first class package through USPS. Tracking numbers begin with a nine (9) and are tracked through www.usps.com. They arrive in a small shipping box. These are averaging 4-6 days, however some have taken 15 days.
Rolls of rainbow window film and rainbow maker/suncatchers: These are shipped within 24 hour with the exception of Sunday. Rolls are sent via USPS package mail and can be tracked through USPS.com. Rainbow makers/suncatchers are shipped through Pitney Bowes tracking (begins with a 0). These are tracked through pitneybowes.com. If you would like USPS package mail with USPS tracking, please upgrade at checkout.
Shipping labels will be printed either the night before or the day of shipping. Regardless, the date that Etsy records as the "shipping date" is the day that your package will be picked up by USPS. When you are notified via email that your package has shipped - rest assured that it is the hands of USPS.

5 out of 5 starsVery pretty rainbows appear from this film. Easy to apply and the shop owner cut the film to the size I needed which was awesome! My only issue is this is listed as being a privacy film and it is not really private. More a step below semi- private and privacy was my sole reason for purchasing the film. I wanted something that would not darken and may bring a little fun to my girls. I plan to switch this one out soon but I will definitely purchase from this store when I do. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

5 out of 5 starsFabulous customer service and great product. We do a annual girls trip and I get decals and make shirts for us. I previously used another retailer and I was waiting for our decals for weeks. Rosanna was absolutely fabulous from the first message I sent her. Our decals were delivered within days. I believe I ordered on Thursday and they were delivered Monday or Tuesday. I will definitely use her in the future!!!

Gift wrapping and packaging
If this is a gift and we are shipping to someone other than the purchaser, please let us know! We will ensure the packing slip does not include any pricing, and you can place a personalized message for us to print.
When we are shipping gifts directly, buyers are responsible for ensuring that the address listed in Etsy is the correct address for us to ship to.
Custom and personalized orders
Much of our vinyl work is based on custom requests from the buyer. When making your request, please understand we cannot cut trademarked and copyrighted logos . If you are requesting that we cut your company logo, please either have permission (we will ask) or be the owner of the logo.
Care instructions
Vinyl decals displayed outdoors - we use outdoor rated vinyl that typically has a life span of 6-7 years. Normal weather conditions will not generally affect the decal in any way. In the small chance that your decal is affected by sun (fading), or other adverse conditions within 5 years, please contact us. We will ask for a picture of the damage/fading, however, we will gladly recut the decal for you at no charge.
Iron-on vinyl: Ensuring correct adhesion is the key. Sealing the edges is very important. We send instructions and a practice decal for you. Do not fold or wash your newly applied iron on decal for 24 hours. Do not use very hot water when washing. Turn the shirt/item inside out when washing.
