I ordered the card and when it said it shipped I waited a week, and when still nothing came I asked how long and at that point I was told it takes 2 weeks for it to ship. Two weeks to ship a card?? It can't be that expensive to upgrade and ship a card priority mail 3 days. No where on the page or shipping did it say it could take up to two weeks. Well it had been almost 3 weeks and I still do not have my item plus I have tried contacting the owner twice and still no reply. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed and hope this card comes in time so my mom can have it. Glad I ordered early. Will NOT be doing business here again.

Hi Monique Zamudio, I was on vacation for a long weekend and didn't see your messages untill now. Normally I respond very quickly, because I want to answer customer questions fast. I send the cards from the Netherlands, so it is not possible to get the card within one week. To the US it normally takes some time, but it should arrive within 14 days. Maybe the card has a delay on his route, but unfortunately it is impossible to find out, because the cards doesn't have a tracking number. To send a card with priority mail to the US will cost around 62 US Dollar or with registered mail around 19 US Dollar. That is why the cards are sending with regular mail. I really hope you will get the card soon, so you can enjoy your lovely card. Kind regards,Suzanne

Just a story

Hi there,

Design is my passion, it's all what goes around in my mind.
I work as a goldsmith, were I design all the time. But for some of my ideas is no place in my studio. So that's why I started to draw some ideas and soon it turned into real cards. And what started as hobby is now a real shop!

I LOVE to sent mail around the world, and to receive them as well ofcourse!
So I want you to join this wonderfull feeling of sending cards to people all around the world. How wonderfull is it to check your mailbox and find out that someone has thought of you. So be the one who let someone smile!

Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop!
All of the pictues you see are handmade by me and are professionally printed on various types of paper. All 100% eco-friendly recycled paper.

Most cards are available in various sizes. But if you don't see the size you're looking for, or have any questions at all, please contact me.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Payment is accepted through Paypal only, for maximum transparency and protection for all.

If you are living in the Netherlands and prefer to pay with bank transfer, please contact me for details.

* Cancellation policy: If the payment is not received, all sales will be canceled after 2 days.
Shipping
I ship to your ETSY ADDRESS, not your Paypal address. Please use the feature on your Etsy account to change your shipping address if you are sending a gift.

* Packaging: I take great care to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition whitin protective sturdy envelopes.

* Shipping: I ship all orders via PostNL. They are sent to you on your own risk. If you want that I ship your order registed or insured with a signature required, please contact me.

I will ship the cards within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, via Air mail for overseas and regular mail for Europe.

* International orders: you are responsible for customs fees. Orders will not be accepted as returns due to fees.

* Buying more items: Shipping assumes both items are going to the same address. If that is not the case, contact me, please.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take the greatest care when shipping items and they should get to you in perfect condition. The cards are mailed in sturdy envelopes. If for any reason they arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.

Please note that computer screens may differ and the colour of the piece on the screen may not look exactly like what you receive. This is because different types of monitors are calibrated differently. Also, any prints with a "soft focus" or texture work (grain, spots, etc.) were created that way on purpose, please keep that in mind when ordering.

Any refunds or exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so for maximum satisfaction please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your item(s).

Orders are considered lost after six weeks have passed.

I welcome custom orders, whether they are different print sizes, or different quantities of cards and different card images. Please contact me and I will do my best to fulfil your request. If you are working on a deadline and need something quicker, please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
