Rebecca was amazing to work with and I am beyond thrilled with the Wedding Invite Suite that she designed for my fiance and I! I can get so caught up on details and she worked with us to create a layout and design that reflected our personalities and our story, keeping it crisp, elegant, and beautiful! As a baby entrepreneur to the small business world with big dreams, but unsure with how to go about some of the more business-y items, such as branding, I was nervous to step into that realm.
Becca calmed any nervousness I had about my business, offered encouragement, practicality and guidance, answered my numerous questions about branding, and was incredibly gracious and joyful throughout.
She listened well, was patient with my changes, and ran with my vision so perfectly and I am in LOVE with all the branding she delivered (and so quickly too); and so has everyone else I've shown.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Please carefully proof the design layout and all text before approving the design.
Please respond within a week to all communication along the way. If we do not hear from you after a month, at any point in the design process, we will consider the order closed. No refund will be issued under these circumstances and a new order must be purchased to re-start the process.
If photo provided by the client is not 300dpi (as specified in each listing), we cannot be held responsible for photo coloration/blurriness/graininess once printed.
Each computer monitor reads colors slightly different and digital or offset printing will produce color with slight variation each time.
If your order arrives damaged, you must email us photos of the damage within two days of delivery receipt. The entire order must then be returned. Once we receive it, we will assess the damage and take appropriate action.
Only US SHIPPING is included in the print costs.
INTERNATIONAL PRINT ORDERS do not have shipping included in the print costs. Please contact us for a quote and shipping time estimate before ordering from a non-US address.
Custom and personalized orders
Our custom wedding suite designs start at an additional $150 and include two design options and three edit requests to the design. Extra edits may require an additional fee(s) and may be considered as a new project. All other custom orders start at an additional $25 to our standard prices.
We want you to love your design so please send a detailed concept request communicating your vision. Sample photos are always welcomed! We are also happy to work with you if you are unsure of what you want.
Proofs of custom designs will be emailed for your review and approval within 5 business days of purchase. After final design is approved, the same printing and shipping policies as those of our standard prices will apply.
