Absolutely horrible. Not sure how this seller has so many positive reviews. Almost all of the tiles were messed up and the seller was super rude. I don't think he even looked at them before sending them out the door.

Appalled by the horrible quality + customer experience. I ordered 15 tiles for a painting project (6 extra in case I messed up) and I could HARDLY find enough blocks that were even useable. I was willing to just deal with the poor surface quality but once I realized that the tiles weren't even square or the same size and that the holes in the back weren't centered I reached out to the seller. He was completely rude and wanted me to ship back all of the tiles in order to consider giving a refund (even though I explained that I had already started my project and couldn't send ALL back since 4 tiles had paintings on them). He was unwilling to refund me any money and was unwilling to send me 11 tiles to replace the bad ones (I even sent pictures). As far as I can tell this seller has ZERO quality control and ZERO care for the buyer.

This is a project I have been wanting to complete for over a year, and Heritage made it happen. I am an amateur woodworker and I wanted to make these pens myself, but lacked the proper equipment to prep all the pieces. I asked Heritage if they could help me with the project, since I still wanted my own hand in it, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the whole project. They prepped all the parts, sent me pictures of the progress, then provided me with several answers to my newbie questions even after I received all the pieces from them. My lathe is cheap and was not a standard size, so I had a lot of questions as I was trying to find converters and mandrels that would work! I’m so thankful Heritage had the patience and enthusiasm to help me finally accomplish this project. My family will love the pens!

These blocks are awesome! Great size for kids and fun for the whole family. They look identical to the picture, and I’m sure we’ll have a lot of fun playing farkle and Yahtzee!

Quality for the price is not what I expected.
