Heron Apparel Co developed from a passion for sewing and creating. As a single mother of two, I was left scrambling to find a way to support my family. I had been sewing for years and was frequently asked if I sold my creations. Turns out, necessity is a powerful motivator. In the summer of 2020, I took the leap. I began sourcing high-quality, environmentally conscious fabrics and brainstorming product ideas. This journey has been a stretch for me in so many ways, but it's been absolutely rewarding and fun.

Each item is cut, sewn and packaged by me. My focus is on the highest-quality materials and sound construction, creating beautiful and timeless pieces that last. Each time we choose slow over fast fashion, or reusable over disposable, we are making a difference. A very important difference.

All pieces in my shop are made with natural fibers-hemp, linen, cotton. Fabrics are produced with fair-trade practices and dyed with non-toxic, low impact dyes. Everything can be machine washed and will continue to soften and become more absorbent. My goods are designed to add a touch of beauty and quality into the everyday.
