What if my item is damaged in transit?

All my pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. In the unlikely event of damaged items, contact me within 2 business days of delivery.
In order to file an insurance claim I will require photographs of all damage including original wrapping.
You may also be required to sign a damage/loss statement so that I can process the claim and issue a refund.
