ABOUT RETURNS

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with your print. Please choose carefully when deciding to order one of our prints. Most of the our products are made-to-order and that’s why we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, but if there’s a problem with your order (damaged items, wrong product) please send us a private message and will be happy to assist you.

We know you can have doubts while deciding between one prop and another and we’ll be more than happy to help you during the process. Feel free to send us a private message if you want to get more details such as colors, measures, extra pictures, types of paper or custom orders.

Please handle your products with care, damages caused by improper handling aren’t our responsibility.

UPDATED PRIVACY POLICY - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (updated 2021)

We respect your privacy, so we are letting you know about our online privacy policies meeting the treatment of personal data of its users with the current legislation in Spain and in the European Union, in particular, with the regulations in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of April 26th, 2018 (GDPR). This privacy policy discloses how we collect, protect, use, and share information gathered about you on our Etsy store. We hope that this disclosure will help increase your confidence in sites like ours and enhance your experience on the internet. Your use of our Etsy store indicates your acceptance of the terms of this privacy policy.

1. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

In order to ship your order, you must provide us certain information that you have already authorized Etsy. This information includes your name, email address, postal address, payment details, telephone number (if it is necessary in case our shipping provider requests it for optimal product delivery) and details of the product you have requested. You can also provide us other personal information (for a custom listing, for example), in case you contact us directly.

The majority of the product and service information posted on our sites is offered without our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. you can surf out Etsy store and view much of our content anonymously.

2. HOW WE USE THE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

When you supply us with personally identifiable information, the information you provide is added to your customer file. We rely on certain legal bases to collect, use and share your information in a limited number of ways that include:

*Provide our services, such as when we use this information to ship your goods, notify you about the progress/delivery of your order, to solver a problem, complete a transaction or refund or provide assistance to the client.

*In case it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in relation to a legal action, such as withholding information about our sales if required by a tax law (payment of taxes).

*As necessary for the purposes of my legitimate interest, if your rights or interests do not invalidate them, such as:
1) Improve our services
2) Compliance with the policy and terms of use of Etsy sellers, using your information as necessary to fulfill my obligations with respect to the policy and conditions of use of Etsy sellers.

NOTE:
We are currently a small store and do not carry out any marketing actions (such as sending promotions by email or newsletters about our products). In case this changes in the future, we will update this policy and will not carry out any marketing action without the explicit consent of the buyers in an explicit way through an Etsy conversation or an email, respecting the exclusion requests of possible marketing communications.

3. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

The information about our customer is important for our businesses. We only share your personal information for very specific reasons and circumstances, such as:

*Etsy: We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide our services and comply with the obligations established by its policy and conditions of use of Etsy sellers.

*Shipping providers: We work with certain trusted third parties to perform shipping functions and provide such services for our store, these companies are:

1) Correos de España (Spanish Postal Service)
2) Metrópoli Cuatro, which works with DHL.

*Compliance with the law: We may collect, use, retain and share your information if in good faith we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
a) Respond to a legal procedure or to government request
b) Enforce our contracts, conditions and policies
c) Prevent, investigate and address fraud and other types of illegal activity, security or technical problems.
d) Protect the rights, property and safety of our clients and other people.

4. PERIOD OF TIME DURING WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS KEPT

Data retention:
We keep your personal information only for the time strictly necessary to provide you with our services and as described in the privacy policy. However, we may also need to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolver conflicts and to enforce our contracts. In general, we keep your personal information in our records for a period of 4 years.

5. CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you live in certain territories, including the European Union, you have a series of rights in relation to your personal information. While some rights are generally applicable, others apply only in specific cases:

*Access: You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we have about you. To do this contact us by direct message or via mail (pablo.fungi@gmail.com)

*You also have rights to change and delete your personal information, as well as to restrict us the use of it. Except in case of exceptional circumstances (such as our obligation to store data for legal reasons), we will usually delete your personal information if you request it.

* Objections: You can oppose to:
1) That we process part of your information according to our legitimate interests
2) We send marketing messages after providing your express consent to receive them.
In these cases, we will remove your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate reasons to continue using that information or, if necessary for legal reasons.

* Complaints: If you reside in the EU and want to raise concerns about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with the corresponding local data protection authority.

6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Our Etsy store may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our Etsy store, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website or social media channels. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

SHIPPING
We use Metropoli Cuatro (which works with DHL) for packages in Europe and America, we also use Spanish Postal Service (www.correos.es) for small letters in the US and packages to the rest of countries.

You will receive a message with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. Note that once the package has arrived to the destination country, it will be responsibility of the postal service of that country. For example, USPS in the States.

Orders typically ship within 1 week or less due to the craft process (print, age, assemble, etc.) but delays can happen during the holiday season (November-December). If you need a print in urgency feel free to contact us to see what options we can consider.

CUSTOM FEES
Certain countries (like Canada) charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee and this is totally unpredictable (our clients haven’t had a bad experience with this, but it is something that coud happen in many countries).

IN ORDERS TO THE US
It usually takes 1 week for our packages to travel from Europe to the US, but then the package can get retained in customs for a few days and even weeks (this is totally aleatory and unpredictable and has nothing to do with the package or with the postal office). Take this into account, wish we could have an owl to speed up the process.

MISSING AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs or for other reasons.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us. Also we are not responsible for damaged packages by the postal service, but we always protect the prints with cardboard, waxed paper and bubble wrap.

RETURNED ITEMS
If items are returned to us for any reason (absence of the person, unclaimed package or wrong address provided) we are not responsible for paying the reshipping.
