Returns and exchange details
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me so please do contact me within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will either replace print/s or refund your money. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition. If you return your item, I will send an exchange or refund your money as soon as I’ve received the item/s.
Payment
E-Cheque payments via PayPal are also accepted but orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared in my account. Clearance is generally within 4 to 7 days.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase (except in the case of e-Cheques where they will be shipped promptly upon clearance). Prints are carefully packaged with cardboard and enclosed inside sealed weather-proof clear bags for safe international jet-setting.
Estimated delivery times:
Within Australia - 2 to 10 business days.
Asia / Pacific - 1 to 2 weeks.
United States / Canada - 2 to 3 weeks.
UK / Europe - 2 to 4 weeks.
The above are estimated times only as advised by Australia Post and generally orders do arrive well within those time frames. However, please be aware that delays can occur from time to time. Postal delays are always expected leading up to and during the holiday season, so if purchasing for gifts (which I very much hope you do!) I advise ordering as early as possible to allow for any delays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes that may be charged by your country for goods imported from other countries.

All of my photographs are original images photographed and edited by me (no stock images) and I retain the copyrights. Copyright is not transferrable with sale. The purchase of my prints does not allow the reproduction and distribution of my work.

Privacy
When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the Etsy convo system, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
