Hey, Tze!

Like most kids I loved drawing. It started with tracing comic characters, then drawing real-life items and then, finally, creating my own comics.

As I grew up, the drawing stuck with me while most of my friends 'moved on'. Eventually I too took a break to work full time, live independently from my parents, blah blah.

Now, 13 years later, I'm a part-time barista AND part-time owner of my own business. I've picked up selling at European cons again and love it. The online world has evolved a lot since I was a teenager, and the world seems a little smaller-- and people who always lived so far away seem a little closer. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

You will be refunded upon returning the work in its original condition (I recommend tracked shipping, for your own protection).
Sadly, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Because of their nature, digital files cannot be refunded. If you're unhappy with your order (hopefully not!), convo me and we'll work something out!
Cancellation is only possible within the first 12 hours. Sorry! Blame it on my super-fast packing & shipping skills.

SHIPPING: Times and tracking your parcel

Delivery within Germany takes 1-4 working days.
Delivery within Europe takes 4-10 working days.
Delivery outside of Europe may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping to the USA is currently not possible due to the current circumstances!

Orders under €10 are sent with regular mail without tracking, and will be deposited in your mail box as long as size allows. Orders over €10 are sent with tracked shipping by Deutsche Post or DHL.

Every order is sent with tracked shipping by Deutsche Post or DHL. Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a note with your tracking code.
Processing time is 1-3 business days after payment. Once shipped, you'll receive a code to track your order (this does not count for small German orders)!

SHIPPING: Wrapping and protection

Buttons are protected by a plastic sleeve and shipped in padded envelopes.

Illustrations are protected by a plastic sleeve and sandwiched between cardboard.

If, however, we happen to be unlucky and your order gets damaged during shipping, please contact me via an Etsy conversation as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

I accept returns when contacted within 14 days of delivery. For a full refund items must be returned to me in their original state within 30 days of delivery. Custom orders, unless faulty, are excluded from returns.
Shipping is not refunded, nor is shipping for returns. Tracking returns is recommended.

Changed your mind? Please cancel your order WITHIN 1 HOUR of purchase as I aim to ship orders immediately. Contact me if you miss the deadline.
