This shark poncho towel is adorable. Although we waited several weeks for it, when it arrived I was happy with how it looked and the softness of the towel. However, after one washing, the teeth on the shark frayed terribly and we now have a hole in the seam of where the hood attaches plus another hole starting by the tail. I contacted the owner of the shop and she stated that the towel goes through multipe wash/dry cycles and an inspection before it ships. I appreciate that, however, the quality of the towel is not good. This is a children's towel and should be able to withstand regular wash/dry cycles without coming apart after the first washing. I emailed the owner again expressing my disappointment and never heard back. I was going to order another one for my other son but won't be due to the quality and cust service

I order the iteam way before my vacation for my daughter the owner wrote me only once that i will have it way before my vacation after that I never heard from the shop owner and I never received the iteam .. Do not buy stuff from this shop .. A lot of other people had the same thing Happened to them I should have looked at the reviews before I order .. Worst expiriance ever !!!

Yes, this customer did not receive her package, the package had to ship late due to inconveniences on the shop's end and she requested a refund instead. We understand that she is upset, we apologize that her experience was not optimal at this time but we are glad that her request for a refund was promptly expedited at her request.
