Welcome to Buckle It! We make unique, one-of-a-kind and custom belt buckles, cuffs and other accessories. We use both old and new materials to create what I consider your very own works of art. My shop mostly consists of belt buckles, cuff bracelets and straps but we are adding new products all the time; like: pendants, hats and leather items. We love the challenges that come with custom orders, so please let us know if there is something you would like to see!

Returns and exchanges
We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transit but, if requested, shipments can be insured. All of our products are hand-made so small flaws are inevitable, but that's what makes each of our products unique. If you are dissatisfied with any of our items we will refund your money provided you contact us within 7 days after receipt. Items that have been custom made for you items are not eligible for a refund.
Payment
We accept Credit Cards as well as PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment system and is very easy to use. You don't even have to have an account - you can simply pay with a credit card like you would on any other site. We will ship the item once we have received the payment and everything has cleared. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

Any custom duty/tax is buyer's responsibility. Buyer is responsible for any fees or duties that the destination country charges. Duty/tax in some countries can be from 10-15% of the value of your order. According to our experience, dutiable goods are goods with value: 201 USD in USA, 263 USD in Autralia, 295 USD in New Zealand - (this is no guarantee and values can change at anytime).

Some shipping companies (UPS for example) will collect those fees at the time of delivery for customers local authorities. They may also charge some small brokerage fee.
Shipping
We always strive to ship between 1-2 days after receiving your order. We prefer to ship via USPS' (US Postal Service) "Flat Rate" shipping whenever possible. Packages can be insured and USPS does provide tracking. Delivery to US destinations may take up to 1 week, and with most other countries it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your item(s).

If faster shipping is required please contact us when placing your order. Be sure to include your complete shipping address with your zip code and phone number and we will create a special listing for you to add to your order.

Please double check your delivery address at time of order as well as your your phone number so that the shipper can contact you if they are unable to deliver your package. USPS will attempt to deliver once in the US if signature is required & UPS will make three attempts to deliver the shipment. If delivery is unsuccessful they will send the shipment back to us and charge a fee. In the case of sending a new shipment or in case of the cancellation of your order and processing a refund, we will need to charge these fees to you.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

We love custom orders! Contact us directly to start working on exactly what you are looking for. If you have an Idea and think we could create it for you based on what is available in our shop, please feel free to request it. Please be aware that all custom orders start at $50 over the price of the item and go up from there. After we discuss what you are looking for and decide on a design, we will send you a quote and invoice for deposit. Once paid, we will build the order, photograph the item, and send the final invoice. The item will ship once the final invoice is paid in full. Please allow 7-14 days for design and manufacturing of all custom items. If more time is required we will let you know during the design process. If you require additional insurance, quicker insurance or expedited shipping, please let us know at the time the order is placed and these charges will be included with the final invoice. Custom items, including deposits are typically not eligible for a refund.

DISCOUNTS & WHOLESALE:

Wholesale pricing is available for an order of 10 or more of any single item. Please contact us directly for wholesale pricing.

Generally, discounting is not available for any orders less than 10 of any individual items.

BELT STRAP SIZING:

Existing Strap - Measure from where the buckle connects to the middle of the buckle tang holes.

Tape Measure - Wrap a cloth tape measure around your waist and adjust to where you would comfortably wear your belt strap.

DO NOT MEASURE YOUR BELT END-TO-END. THIS WILL NOT GIVE YOU AN ACCURATE SIZE.
