I am planning a trip and didn't want to deal with taking a traditional purse because they are a pain in the butt so that meant I needed a fanny pack. Well I am from the 80's and didn't want one then and definitely didn't want one now but the idea of one sounded great. I just knew there had to be a more hip style of bag that would hold the bare necessities as well as hook to my belt loops so I didn't have to take it off every time I went potty; I just wanted to clip it to my belt loops and then forget about it while I have my adventure. This bag not only met all of my needs and wishes but it is the coolest thing out there. And even though I might jokingly call it my fanny pack, instead of purse, it is definitely a million levels above a fanny pack. I love it.
