Meet the Inn Keepers

Hi all, I’m Tiffany, You will find all sorts of sculpted critters hanging around here, and we hope they are to your liking. We've had a lot of dragons and turtles staying here at the Inn recently, but they are by no means the only little ones that come through our doors. We're excited to welcome new visitors here of all fantastical kinds as the opportunity arises, and hope that our guests are pleasing company for you.

My fellow innkeeper, Luke, is in charge of the Hidey Hole Bookshelf as well as creating some lovely chain mail jewelry. He will be helping out with much of the jewelry assembly for the Inn, and his personal work will appear here whenever possible. We hope you find our assorted fantasy-oriented goods pleasing, and have a great stay

Welcome to the Hidey Hole Inn, home of wayward creatures and medieval goods. Come have a chat with the other customers (polymer critters and dragons) or peruse the bookshelf for some hidden surprises.

We're always looking to have new creatures come and stay with us a while, but in the end they are seeking permanent homes that our inn just can't satisfy.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Return Policy:
Any item may be returned within 30 days of delivery, the item will be refunded upon our receiving the item and inspecting it for damage or wear. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Payment Methods:
We accept payment via major Credit Card, and Etsy gift card.
Additional policies and FAQs
General Information:
We ship premade items within 3 business days of receiving payment.
All items will be shipped wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap.
The clay figures and hollow books are not toys and are not meant for children, they are durable but are still breakable, so handle with care.
All chain mail items are made with jump rings of various strengths and are therefore not recommended for rough wear, or use by small children. The components of these items are choking hazards.

Repair Policy:
Any clay or chain mail item is available for free repair services for one year after purchase, with all shipping charges covered by the buyer. Please open an Etsy conversation with us and send pictures of the item so that we may give you approval to ship it.
Some damage is not repairable, such as but not limited to: Damage to the Clay Itself, Loss of Jump Rings, or Extreme Wear on Jump Rings, Chains, or Other Metal Components.

Damage in Transit:
If your Item is damaged upon receiving it, please contact us. Depending on the situation we may repair, replace, or refund the item.
If it is deemed appropriate, please allow 2-4 weeks for a replacement to be made and shipped.
Typically, any damage to a clay figure would require a replacement or refund, damage done to any pins or chains on the figure is likely to be repairable. If it must be replaced, the item will not be exactly the same due to the nature of our work, but the item will be as close to specification as possible.
Please send us a picture of the damaged item within two weeks of shipment or one week of confirmed drop off by mail carrier (whichever is the later date) to receive a refund on return shipping.
Damage done to hollow books or chain mail is dealt with on a case by case basis, these items are not replaceable, and will not be considered for return after 30 days from confirmed delivery. For more information, see our “General Information” and “Repair Policy” sections.

California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax upon checkout.
