in order to receive my earrings i had to "open a case"with etsy.com and then "escalate" the case because this merchant was not responding. she originally sent me an email saying it would arrive less than a week from my order but when they didn't arrive and when she didn't answer my emails i had to open the case. once etsy was involved my earrings were sent automatically and she offered me a pair of earrings of medium price for free. she did lie when the case was made and said that she never specified a date. the earrings themselves are a five star.but without management of this site i would have NEVER gotten them.this is the first bad review i have ever written. i have had items come last in the past but it has never been this bad.ALL my reviews for the past 3 years have been no less than 5 for every other merchant besides this
