This buyer was fully refunded within 48 hours of ordering this item and the order was canceled. When I received this review it was a full month after she had been fully refunded. I emailed her a screen shot showing she had received a full refund. She wrote back and apologized she didn’t notice the communication and credit to her account a month previously. I asked her to please amend this review, as it implies I kept her money and never sent her the order. She informed me she didn’t know how to change reviews. I sent her a 3 minute youtube video tutorial. She never contacted me again.

5 out of 5 starsAmazing hat with what sounds like an interesting history. Had to repair some of the lace, but not surprising for a 90 year old hat used in theater productions. The feathers and frame were in surprisingly great condition, so must have been carefully taken care of and stored. The seller did it justice in her description and pics. She also package it carefully for shipping, oh so important with feathered vintage hats! Would recommend this seller.

Emailed client and refunded her fully for the hat as soon as I realized the transaction could not be completed. Sorry for the disappointment, but She has lost nothing.
