1 out of 5 starsI purchased a full zip hoodie from this seller at $52, while she was offering a 40% discount for first time buyers. I ended up paying $36 after the discount. IShe sent a plain crewneck sweatshirt, and despite sending screenshots of my purchase, her current price list (she’s now claiming her full zips are over $70, which is NOT what she has listed. ) and her full zip is CURRENTLY listed at $46 (less than what my original price was anyway) she’s refusing to send the correct item and basically told me to “eff off” when I asked her to fix this mistake. She’s claiming it’s somehow still MY mistake. I chose this seller over hundreds of other vendors on here for a cheap quality sweatshirt from someone with a cricut, jacking up prices, and providing horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HER

Hi There, Sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. As stated in all of our listings and shop announcement, our listings have multiple styles included in the drop down. This listing has options for T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Pull Over Hoodies and Full Zip Hoodies. As shown in your order, you selected and paid for a Sweatshirt (not a full zip hoodie). As detailed in the listing, this item is personalized specifically for you; therefore, you we do not accepted returns; however, if we had made a mistake and you had truly ordered and paid for a Full Zip Hoodie we would have absolutely corrected our error and sent you a replacement.
