Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
HIGH NOON CREATIONS, LLC. is not a rental house. We wish to discourage buyers from purchasing an item and attempting to return it after their event has ended. Accordingly, by ordering an item, the buyer agrees to the following policies and procedures regarding returns, refunds, and damaged or lost packages:

RUSH ORDERS:
All items in our shop are hand-made and custom-made when ordered; we do not keep an inventory of finished items. We like it this way because it ensures the quality of our finished products. However, our turnaround time might be a little longer than a seller that mass produces or keeps an inventory.

We process our orders in the sequence in which we receive them. Most items will ship no later than two weeks after receipt of the order. However, we realize that can create a problem if the item is needed sooner than our normal processing policy will allow. In such a case, the buyer may purchase priority over other orders by paying a $25 RUSH FEE. If there are multiple RUSH orders, they will be processed in the sequence that the RUSH fees were paid. The RUSH fee only purchases priority; WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY A CERTAIN DATE.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/REFUNDS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Refunds are NOT available on custom orders or sale or discounted items. Refunds are given at the seller's discretion, on a case by case basis, and for good cause only (something we did wrong).

All refunds must be authorized. Authorized refunds are given only as long as item is received in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Items that are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sent out are not eligible for refunds. All returns should be sent with a tracking number of some sort (such as delivery confirmation or insurance.). Buyers who return items without a tracking numbers do so at their own risk; items that are lost or damaged during return shipping are solely the buyer's responsibility.

Unless prohibited by law, buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. All returns/exchanges are subject to s 25% restocking fee to be applied at the seller's discretion.


ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT (effective on all orders placed after April 9, 2018):
Because the wearable items are all hand-crafted, the sizes listed in the descriptions are approximate. IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHETHER AN ITEM WILL FIT, ASK. We will NOT authorize a return for the reason that an item does not fit unless we specifically represented to the customer that it would fit.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:
High Noon Creations, LLC. is not responsible for goods damaged during shipping. Any claim of damaged goods must be filed with USPS or other carrier if used. High Noon Creations, LLC. will assist with the claim if requested within 7 days (USA and all non-EU countries) or 14 days (EU countries) of the receipt of the package.

To request assistance with a claim:
within 7 days (USA and all non-EU countries) or 14 days (EU countries) of receipt, submit photographs of all of the packaging as it was when it arrived and the specific damage to the contents with an explanation of what was lost or broken. USPS often requires photo proof to pay a claim and your claim is likely to be rejected without it. Upon request, we will supply USPS with the invoice on your behalf. If USPS damages your package, we have to abide by their decision on the claim. We package all orders to avoid damage; however, if an item is damaged in transit, claims can take weeks. Please be patient. We cannot speed up USPS claim processing and aren't responsible for any inconvenience as a result of the delay of the delivery of your package because of waiting on damage claims.

If a delivered item is lost or damaged (e.g. stolen from your porch, delivered to the wrong address, destroyed by an animal, cut by a box cutter while opening, damaged because of neglect such as leaving it in a mail box or in the weather for days or not providing a secure location for delivery, etc.), High Noon Creations, LLC. cannot be held responsible. We are not responsible for the cost of re-delivery of a package if the buyer has supplied an incorrect mailing address. Please make sure your address is entered in the USPS standardized format and provide a safe place for delivery. Make sure your local PO knows where to safely leave your packages and pick them up promptly.

Upon request, we are happy to assist with a claim against USPS should one be needed, and we will accommodate a reshipment of your package if a claim is paid.

LOST PACKAGES:
There is a 15-day waiting period (7 days for priority mail express) to file a lost-package claim through USPS. We aim for quick and accurate deliveries, but lost packages sometimes happen and are out of our control. We cannot speed up USPS claim processing and aren't responsible for any inconvenience as a result of the delay of having to wait for the 15 days to file a claim. Your package is insured for a maximum of $100 unless you've paid for the additional insurance for the value over $100.

Upon request, we are happy to assist you in a loss claim against USPS should one be needed, and we will accommodate a reshipment of your package if a claim is paid.

***Any package marked "delivered" in the tracking system will be presumed to have been received in good condition by the buyer. If it is not, the buyer's claim is against the carrier(USPS, Fedex, etc.), not HIGH NOON CREATIONS LLC.***

SHIPPING
Nearly all of our packages ship via USPS. First Class shipping is offered for an economical shipping option on some lightweight items. First Class is not insured should USPS lose or damage your package. Priority Mail is offered as a shipping upgrade on those items and will automatically insure your package for loss and damage up to $100 value. Please use First Class at your own risk. (**If your order is not International & it is over $6.50 in shipping, you are getting Priority Mail automatically, so no need to pay for the shipping upgrade.**)

We try to ship out all packages in a timely manner and accommodate buyers in a hurry for an item. While we can guarantee when an item will leave the shop, we cannot guarantee any delivery time frame and are not responsible for inconvenience as a result of delayed, loss, or damage by USPS.

INSURANCE:
Buyer is covered for a maximum of $100 unless buyer pays for insurance for the actual value of your order over $100. If there is no option to add insurance to your shipping and you would like insurance, send us an Etsy message and we can add it for you. If USPS is at fault for the damage of your package, $100 is the maximum they will refund to you unless insurance was paid for.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Lightweight (under 3 lb) International Shipments sent First Class are not insured for loss or damage. If you would like insurance for loss or damage, you will need to message us for Priority Mail service. If your package is over 3lbs, it will go priority mail automatically. Please inquire if you want to insure or add priority mail service to your International package.

All customs, duty & VAT fees that may incur upon shipping are the buyer's responsibility and we don't have control over these fees. Check your country's laws regarding these before you order. Please be advised the delivery time frame for orders outside of the U.S.A. is out of our control.
