2 out of 5 starsOverall was super excited to receive the swaddle, was about to order 4 more for pregnant friends but mine arrived with stamp missing on more than 1/3 of the overall letters which made me super bummed overall. I understand she can’t promise the stamps to be perfect but at the same time, one of my letters is very hard to read.

5 out of 5 starsAmazing personal customer service. I needed this swaddle for my friend who is giving birth to her stillborn son and I was wanting to have this to give her in time for the birth.
I made a request and she was so caring to fulfill getting the blanket shipped the day after I ordered it. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness. The blanket is also beautiful and excellent quality! -
