Returns and Exchanges Policy: All sales are final. Orders may not be changed once they've been shipped.
If orders are damaged in the mail, file a claim with the USPS & I will replace prints only.

YES! You can request custom size printing depending on the size. Please write me a message or email with your request BEFORE you purchase the item you would wish to (custom) print.

Bend, Oregon locals: Unless you have ordered a custom frame from me or visit my booth at a local market or show, You cannot pick up an order/print/artwork from me in person at any time. You must order through Etsy. IF you need a more immediate purchase you can purchase my artwork at The Bend Store in Downtown Bend off of Wall Street. Please call the Bend Store ahead of time to make sure the product you wish to purchase is in stock. You may also choose an upgrade (via Etsy) in your shipping options for a more rapid arrival
