What a great question! Yes and no. If your items qualify for the free shipping, then they are already discounted. If you purchased under $35 worth of products and did not qualify for free shipping, we will refund overages in shipping over the $1 handling fee! Keep in mind, if you live on the east or west coast, your shipping often is over the actual cost charged. However, if you order several items and have extra cost per item added, we track that. We will put it the best priced package we can and refund the rest. Thanks for asking!

Facial creams are the only items that require special care. If they become liquid during shipping from the heat, simply stir with a clean spoon or shake vigorously and refrigerate overnight. For best results and longer life, wash hands before use and keep in a cool location (hot car in August won't cut it, because there are no chemical preservatives). Email us if you have additional questions. If you care for your facial cream, it will care for your skin!!

Yes. It will keep for approximately 6-9 months on your kitchen counter. Perhaps longer! It will melt, though, if you have it somewhere above room temperature for very long. Examples of situations where it may melt: hot car, camper cabinet all summer, or your microwave(!).
Is it still good if it melts?
Yes. Simply stir it and us it in it's liquidy state within a few weeks (over ice cream, perhaps!).
