Returns and exchanges
If you receive an incorrect order, we will pay for return shipping and send a replacement.

Hippie Doodles is not responsible for damage due to shipping. We will gladly exchange it but cannot pay for shipping.

Hippie Doodles is not responsible for international items lost via the USPS and cannot re-issue any order if an item is lost.

Claims for refund or returns must be lodged within 30 days of purchase. You will have to pay the return shipping unless stated above.

We will offer a refund if no replacement is available.
Payment
We only except payments through Paypal. Note: You do not need a Paypal account to do this. During check out, click the pay by Paypal option & you will be given an option to pay securely using your debit or credit card.
Shipping
¨¨¨U.S. Customers¨¨¨
We ship via USPS First-Class Mail, with delivery taking 3-5 business days upon fulfilment of order.

¨¨¨International Customers¨¨¨
We ship via USPS First-Class International. Shipping can take up to 6 weeks to some countries. Delivery Confirmation is not available.

Hippie Doodles is not responsible for paying any custom charges that may occur.

Hippie Doodles will not be held responsible if you do not have the correct address listed on your Etsy account. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, please specify in the 'Message To Seller' box at the time of checkout.

If the address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to us, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.
