Brazilian-Dutch Fusion

HI, my name is Miriam Flores and I lived with my parents in a town called Ribeirao Preto, in the Sao Paulo state of Brasil, in 1999 i moved to the Netherlands.

In 2001 I was enrolled in the Artemis Fashion School, and graduated with honors in 2005. Shortly, thereafter, i founded a small company called Ela Office and started to create my own label 'Madé' that was sold in fashion stores in about 6 European countries.

In 2014 I started Hippiemassa, using my new and previous designs, I have my own sewing machines, cutting table, and screenprinting equipment

In my shop you'll find items that are entirely handmade by me and one coworker.

I love to design and am very proud people like my designs.

    Miriam Flores was born in Rio de Janeiro, lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and is the owner of the Madé fashion label. In 2005 she graduated with honors from Artemis, a Dutch fashion designer school.

    Conchita Villa Verde was born in Galicia, Spain and lives in Rotterdam. Conchi has 40 years experience in sewing, fitting and putting garments together.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please note that I cannot take responsibility for broken or damaged items when shipped. I make sure everything is packed properly so risk of damage is minimal.

Also note that I do not refund lost or stolen items during shipment. If you upgrade your shipping method to 'Track & Trace' your risk is reduced to zero.

If you are not completely satisfied, an item can be returned to me and you will get a refund.

For returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the returned items must be in new and unused condition.

For exchange, the buyer pays for the return shipping cost to me and I'll pay the cost for reshipping.

For parcels returned to me due to wrong address or addressee's absence: customers can choose to get a refund for the items only but not including the shipping cost or a resend with extra shipping cost for the second shipment.

Please add a piece of paper written your Esty ID, Esty order ID or PayPal transaction ID inside the parcel ( make sure not outside) accompanied with the returned item so that we could process the replacement/refund accordingly.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment, normally we'll get it out of the door in two weeks time.

The delivery to US will normally take 7 to 14 business days and 10 to 25 days to most of the other countries.

Final purchase price does not cover any applicable tax or duty that might be charged by customs outside the European Union. Buyers are responsible for such charges.

Items will be packed well to ensure there is no damage during the shipment.
