4 out of 5 starsThe item was of great quality, I had no real customer service concerns, the only issue was it took almost a month for me to receive it even though we are only one state away. I understand that slow shipping is not the owner's fault which is why I only rated that as a 3. Might not have been so bad if I had not paid so much for the shipping.

I realized I’d been buying mats that were too small. I have sidelight windows so even though it’s only a single door it looks soooo much better now that I bought a larger mat! Highly recommend

If you ordered anything custom or has some changes to it from the original listing description, please be on the look out for Etsy conversations or updates on your order as we may be sending you photos or asking questions along the way of creating your special piece!!
