We accept Pay-Pal as a preferred payment but I will take other credit cards such as Visa, Master Cards or Discover.
If at any point we make agreement to receive any other payments, we will hold merchandise until such funds are completely cleared; please do not ask us to do anything else.
We will post the shipping description for each item. We proudly use any means that will be the most suitable for our clients.
Generally small Items are either shipped through USPS or UPS services. Some items that need special packing attention will have a handling fee to cover packing costs. We will use recycled packing goods to accomplish this task. Please ask questions or contacts us on special needs.
If you would like to combine shipping on two items, contact me and I will do what I can to get the best possible rate.
Shipping or delivery of larger items such as furnishings can be arranged. I will do my best to get you the best rate on shipping. We will crate it ourselves to assure safe travel. Please contact me for details.
Refunds and Exchanges
Do to the nature of our goods, everything we sell has been previously used, refurbished, salvaged or reconstructed so please we ask that you ask us as many questions about a piece that you might feel may have damages or problems. I can not refund or exchange any good that is not clearly stated on the sale. All sales are final. I will do my best to describe and picture each Item. If you wish to receive additional pictures and or information, please just ask.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Any custom order requires at least a 50% deposit. Once the item is ready for pick up or delivery, the full amount of the balance is required. If you have any questions please just ask.
