Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase
I don't accept exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
The photograph shows a sample. The product we will actually send will have slight differences in grain and color.

Returns
We accept returns of unused products without damage if the customer contacts us within seven days of receiving the product, even if the reason for the return is the customer's personal preference. (The customer will be responsible for shipping charges.)
Please note that we cannot exchange products if the reason for the return is the customer's personal preference.

Defects
Please send a photograph of the defect within seven days of receiving the product.
If we can determine that the cause of the defect is our negligence, we will refund the full price or exchange the product. (We will bear the shipping charges.) If we determine that the cause of the defect is an accident during shipping, we will handle it as explained in the "Shipping accidents" section.
Payment
I accept Paypal .

You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase, you can pay with your credit card through the Paypal website.
Shipping
We ship your goods using your choice of either standard or express shipping services. The number of days required for delivery depends on your location, so please feel free to make inquiries.

Products are generally sent within the number of days listed on each product page.
In cases in which delays occurs, we will contact you.

The items are shipped to your Etsy address, if you want your order shipped to a different address, please contact me.

In the majority of cases, we're able to ensure delivery of our products to our customers. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will resolve the situation to the utmost of our ability following the policy detailed below.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Shipping accidents (damage and loss)
In the unlikely event of damage during transportation, the actual amount of the loss would be paid in compensation.We will apply for an investigation with the Japan Post.

Returns due to unknown address
If the return is due to our negligence, we will refund the full purchase price or ship the product again. (We will bear the shipping charges.) If the return is due to a mistake or insufficient address provided by the customer, we will refund only the price of the product or ship the product again. (The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.)

Returns due to recipient absence
We will refund only the price of the product or ship the product again. (The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.)
We cannot accept responsibility for trouble such as the delivery person not leaving the package due to not realizing that the customer is at home or because of complex housing structures. As much as possible, customers should contact their local delivery company to resolve such issues.
Please take care to write the address in a manner that will be clear to the delivery person and avoid such troubles. Customers needing their telephone number printed on the address label should inform us.

If customs duties or additional shipping costs are incurred, they will be borne by the customer.
