Tyler responded within an hour, and I honestly could have cried at how kind and helpful he was. Even though it was a Friday night (and his birthday!), he responded to me with a plan. He quickly completed our order, and the beautiful monogram arrived in plenty of time for the wedding. THIS is the kind of people and customer service that makes me a customer for life.
