Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 24 hours (one whole day). If you would like to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, message us for processing status to determine cancellation eligibility.
Care Instructions
Custom Starbucks Cups should be hand washed only. All stickers should be out of contact from water and other substances for longer lasting sticking.
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
All items are shipped with care ♡ If your item arrives damaged, please message us and provide a photo of damaged product so we can fix your order. Gift wrapping will include desired note.
Personalization Orders and Processing Time
Personalized and custom items take up to 5 business days to be made, and are shipped out right away. If there is any delay in processing time, we will let you know!
In the Personalization box, enter your desired name, colors, and font. If there is no Personalization box on a customizable product, enter your desired name, colors, and font in the “Add a Note to HokkaidoCo” in your shopping cart! Message us for any specific personalizations you would like!
