5 out of 5 starsThis is for both purchases in this order. I really like these - I've been able to wear space buns for the first time and they look really nice. I would most certainly buy these in other colors. One criticism though. My hair is pretty thin and it's hard for me to cover the loops at the ends of the device to get as smooth a bun as I'd like. If those were smaller they'd be perfect for me. The clips really help with this but it's still a bit bulky. That said I'm excited to use them on my 7 year old niece. I think they'll look great. (I've also acquired a veritable army of scrunchie to compliment them, which is really fun!)

Can it work for thick wavey hair?
Depending on how layerd the hair is, as long as most of the hair is shoulder length. When rolling hair sprigs of hair will need to be tucked under each roll. A small strip of gauze can help control hair that wont tuck easily. The two units can be connected to make a larger unit using an elastic twist tie slip knot connecting them. Doing this makes wrapping very large amounts of hair easier.
