If you are not completely satisfied with any candle you purchase from us, we want to have the opportunity to make it right. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal or Money Orders. For Credit Card orders, please email us. For Money Order customers, please send payment immediately after your purchase so that we can expedite the shipping process.
We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail® to ship all of our orders. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will normally begin processing the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped to arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping options may become available during the holiday season.

Deliveries to U.S. Territories, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer and be subject to import charges and other fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Because our all-natural soy candles are sensitive to high heat conditions, we do not ship on Fridays to prevent our products from sitting in hot delivery trucks all weekend. Orders processed at the end of the week are shipped out on the following Monday.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you may return it for a replacement, store credit or refund of the product purchase cost within ten (10) days of purchase on your store receipt. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase.
