If you could please pay within 7 days that would be great or contact me within that time to make other arrangements (ie, if you need to wait until payday). I would wait up to 10 days before assuming the sale is not going ahead.

I am happy to discuss layby arrangements if that works best for you or payment extensions.

I accept Paypal instant transactions and do not accept any credit card payments. I am happy to accept personal cheques or UK postal orders from UK customers.
Fridays would be my main shipping days though I would be happy to work with you to post out sooner or later if possible. Let me know if you would like any postage upgrades such as insurance.

All items sent within the UK are posted recorded delivery second class unless arranged otherwise.

Please ensure your shipping address details are correct as should your purchase get lost in the postal system I will do my utmost to work with you and the mail service but ultimately I cannot be accountable. If your item is damaged in transit I will do my utmost to liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf to hopefully achieve a satisfactory result.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase please let me know, I am happy to offer a refund or exchange if you contact me within 7 days of receipt, you are responsible for the cost of returning this though.

Please ensure that the purchase is unworn and in re-saleable condition. For hygiene reasons though I cannot accept returns of earrings – sorry.

All items are either fully handmade or an assemblage of items pulled together with handcrafted finishing touches. In the case that vintage jewelry pieces have been utilized please expect imperfections, these are the beauty of handmade or recycled products and make the item individual gives your purchase soul or personality.

All jewelry items are either wrapped with tissue in a branded gift box tied with ribbon or a branded gift sack – as stated in description. Posted out in a padded jiffy bag, which may be recycled to keep your postage costs to a minimum.

Due care and attention is given to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and undamaged, if this is not the case please let me know so I can rectify the situation.
I offer a free repair service to the majority of items and only ask that you stand the cost of posting your purchase back to me. As some pieces are made from deconstructed vintage jewelry they may be of a delicate nature not be repairable (or exact parts replaceable) in which case I will try my utmost to repair as best as I can if possible. Please contact me beforehand to discuss.
